Charging to Your Credit Card
We charge your credit card only after we confirm your order.

If your credit card company has joined the Verified by Visa payment authentication program or MasterCard Securecode service to protect its customer's interests, you may be required to enter the Verified by Visa password or MasterCard Securecode in addition to general credit card information when you place your order.

If you request to cancel an order or remove some items from your order after successful payment, or in case when some of the items in your order are out of stock, we will arrange a refund to your credit card account. This would take at least ten working days to process.

If you prefer to pay by Cash or Cheque, please contact our TXO Concierge for arrangement.

Product Stock

TXO.LKK.com is updated daily with our products in stock. As long as you see the "Add to Cart" button under the selected product means the product is in stock in our warehouse in Hong Kong and ready to ship at time of order. However, with occasional discrepancy in stock information, the product you successfully ordered might turn out to be out of stock and therefore not available for delivery. In such case our TXO Concierge we will inform you as quickly as possible and you will not be charged for this cancelled item. If you have made payments with credit card, refund will be made through the bank within reasonable time.


Confirming Your Order

 

As you complete placing your order, you will be directed to a page with a Sales Order Number and also get an order confirmation email with all the order details. If you do not receive the email, please log in to "User Center", go to "My Order" page and check the updated order status.

Occasionally an order will be successfully submitted even if you get an error message after order placement. Please check the list of recent orders in the "My Order" page every time before placing another order.


Changing Your Order Information
 

You may not change your ordered items or delivery address once you have completed you purchases on TXO.LKK.com. If you have to make changes on the delivery address, please send an email to our TXO Concierge or TXO@LKK.com.

Fraud Prevention

Free Delivery

Customer can enjoy free delivery service. Area of delivery covers Hong Kong Special Administrative Region “HKSAR” only (Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and Outlying Islands).



Delivery Time

Our TXO Concierge will contact each customer on delivery date and time. Our business days and hours are from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays.


Product Return Guarantee

Our Product Return Guarantee allows you to shop worry-free at TXO.LKK.com. We suggest you check if the products are in good condition upon delivery. For damaged or wrong product delivery, we will arrange exchange or return of the product. If you have any questions about the quality of the products, please contact TXO Concierge or send an email to TXO@LKK.com. We will handle your enquiry as soon as possible.


Non-returnable Products


We do not accept returns of products under the following circumstances:
The product packing is not intact (taken out of its plastic wrap or box);
The product is not in its original condition, is damaged or defective;
The goods are free gift products or samples;
If you are unable to provide the Delivery Note or Invoice.


In the event of a dispute, the decision of TXO.LKK.com shall be final and conclusive.

 

Exchange Policy

All products are checked for quality before dispatch to ensure that they are delivered in perfect condition. However, it is possible that the product may be damaged during delivery. In this case we will re-send the product without extra delivery charge. If the product is sold out, we will refund the value of product in the same form of payment used for purchase to your account.


Return Procedure
 

If you would like to return a purchased item, please contact TXO Concierge or send an email to TXO@LKK.com.

Refund Policy
 

We will first verify a returned product's condition before providing a refund or an exchange. If the returned product is of condition that is not acceptable according to our definition of “Non-returnable Products”, you would not receive refund and the product will be returned to you. If we verify that it a returnable product, we will only refund the total value of such products. If your order was placed with free gift, you must return them also in order to be entitled to a refund. Otherwise, we will not entertain the refund request.


Refund Timeline

Refund will be issued to the same account and in the same form of payment used for purchase. Refund by credit card takes at least ten working days to process. Please note that cash refund is not available.
